Don't move here. They have 1 washing machine for the whole building. 3 are broken and have been for five years. The exercise equipment in the gym is all broken too. The front door is not handicapped accessible. Restroom on second floor is out of service for years. Very poor management.
This is the nicest place to live. 1 star reviews for this place are nonsensical and show ignorance of the status of the residents.
Does anyone have a real phone number or office hours for Mountain Laurel Lodge?? I’ve called, left Voicemails, stopped by on random days… I’ve been trying to drop off an application for my in laws to live here for almost a month now and can’t even drop off the application…. I’ve even emailed a contact for Viridian Management who covers this establish and can’t get ahold of them either. AND that website is down to even do online applications. Anyone out there that can help??? ANYONE??????
