The customer service was great! I had to make a last minute change to my reservation and they jumped on it quickly! The cabin was beautiful and super clean! Not to mention the view was beautiful. We will definitely be back! ❤️
Customer service was very good. Even though we had some minor glitches with hot tub not working, they were very courteous enough to give some discount. The cabin was well maintained and clean nice comfortable size beds. Nice place but amenities did not work. Pool heater was turned off and water much too cold to swim, hot tub was only half full of water and turned off, gas was cut off to fireplace and nights still cool in Gatlinburg. Shame on Mountain Laurel for promoting a cabin not ready to be rented!
Our stay at Bella Vista was superb. The place was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the comfy bedding and that they provided a small box of laundry detergent, just a little something extra that many places do not provide. The mountain road up to the chalet was a very wild ride....just have to pray that you don't meet anyone coming in the opposite direction. That and the bears that we saw added some extra excitement to our trip!! Will definitely come back!!
