My wife and I have stayed in Mountain Laurel properties approximately twice a year since 2013. We have never had a bad experience. The properties always appear as advertised, and the folks at the office are great to work with.

Awesome experience! We stayed at Paradise Peake and the stay was better than expected. The pictures don’t do the view justice. I loved all the amenities in the cabin too! And the check in was incredibly easy, which we enjoyed. We would have stayed another night but we had to go back to work unfortunately :( we’ll book again with Mountain Laurel Chalets next time we visit Gatlinburg!

As always our trip to Trillium Lodge was wonderful. We had a relaxing time on our visit. Everything was good. We're already looking forward to our trip back to Trillium Lodge in May 2027. Than you Mountain Laurel Chalets team. You are the greatest.

"Little Bear" is a great house but has ZERO views due to the large trees in front of the deck. I wish they would remove the trees, It would be 5 stars for sure with views of the mountains. Mountain laurel Chalets is a great company, rentals are clean and well stocked.
