Tom Goodwin and his team at Mountain Laurel Chalets are a pleasure to work with. They lead by example, with honesty and trust at the core of everything they do. Any owner or guest would be fortunate to be part of their hospitality family—they are truly setting the standard in the hospitality industry.
The founders would be rolling over in their graves. Mountain Laurel used to be the most competitive priced chalets in the area. Comparable to hotel stays. Dot & Ralph cared about that. They wanted anyone to be able to stay. The prices were the same year round. No fluctuating prices. Now? Insanely high prices. Prices fluctuate. Sadly, they've cut service (they used to be open til 9pm...now they close at 430 and charge laughably high prices. We had a great stay at Mountain Laurel Chalets. We stayed 4 nights at Sanctuary Song. This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this cabin and it is perfect for us when we come to the mountains. The view is beautiful
Everything was great with the Cabin and Amenities. The space was perfect for the two of us. On our first early morning around 4:30 to 5am, we were awaken by strange noises. We thought surely it wasn't a Bear downstairs. After an hour or so of watching and listening, we came to the conclusion that it was raccoons or squirrels in the ceiling causing the ruckus. Haha
Stayed at Nestled Inn. Incredibly clean and everything worked!! Easy check-in and incredibly kind people at Mtn. Laurel Chalets office. Kelley is top notch. Tom-Nashville TN.
