We rented the house Pinetop for a couple of nights, and are very happy with our stay! Check in procedure was non existent, just open your email and dial the code for the front door and you are in. Perfect since we came late at night. When visiting the office in the morning for a quick hello, the staff was more than accommodating, giving us useful tips on everything from bear precautionary measures to scenic routes to take in the national park. This was our first ever time renting an “Airbnb” rather than a hotel. This cabin “Nestled Inn” was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. It was the perfect getaway from the city life. Booking was so easy and hassle less. The customer service in the chat text is super nice and fast at replying. This will not be the last time we rent with them!
As always, a wonderful experience. When they say "friends and family," it's not a cheesy slogan, it's a conviction. We haven't been to Gatlinburg in almost 3 years since moving. We stayed 2 weeks this time. It was as if we never left. Serenity Lodge always makes us feel at home, but without the stress. I secretly invited some of my wife's friends she hasn't seen in a while. Condo was very nice and clean. We had a nice stay. There was an issue with the hot tub, but they came out the next day and fixed it. A couple of items could use some upgrade: the couch and chair in living room could be changed - very uncomfortable, old and out dated. Overall condo was good and office was very prompt with taking care of issues.
Haven was a wonderful cabin to stay in. You really can’t beat the view, and the location allows you to avoid the notorious Gatlinburg traffic. We were able to get downtown within 10 minutes regardless of the time of day. The area was quiet, and we hardly ever heard our neighbors. The cabin was clean and well appointed, and it was awesome to be able to bring our dog along for the trip! Would highly recommend!
