Unfortunately we had a no call no show for our appt today. We finally were able to set this appointment up after we reached out to them months ago. Scheduler told us she was behind in call backs, but she was back on track. We gave them the opportunity as we know things happen. We received a confirmation for the appointment this morning one hour before our scheduled time from a text message…turns out it was a robot system. No one ever showed up and no one is answering texts or phone calls. Very disappointing.
Great experience with Franklin Darnell and his team at Mountain Landscapers. They installed lots of l boulders on my lot. Just good quality humans and a team of great integrity. I highly recommend!
The Gatlinburg Summit COA hired this company to install a drainage system in front of one of our buildings. We have been happy with the work since it was installed several months ago. The project too longer than expected, but spring weather caused most of the delay.
