Mountain Land was great! My doctor referred me and I'm very glad he did. They were able to help me with my neck and hand problems over the course of a few weeks and I now have an arsenal of specific stretches and exercises tailored to my situation that I can use to keep myself healthy in the long term. All of the folks there were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
I’m finally feeling better after several months of neck and shoulder therapy for lingering issues caused by old injuries. The staff here always made me feel heard and offered a variety of treatment options that I hadn’t been given in the past.
I cannot recommend Riley enough at Mountain Land Physical Therapy. I came in because my knees were acting up, and she helped me diligently throughout the entire process. She listened to my feedback and created care plans that were accessible, achievable, and pushed my body to get better.
