Started physical therapy here one month after major lumbar spine surgery. Jesse has guided me through an exercise program that has strengthened my left leg which was very weak after surgery. He has done alot of deep tissue massages that have helped decrease the post op pain. He’s knowledgeable, personable and a great listener. It’s not a big facility which threw me a little bit at first. I have received excellent advice and therapy at Mountain Land every year for the past 3-4 years as I seem to get hurt skiing every season. Between the treatment on site and the therapy to execute at home, I've recovered quicker than I ever could have on my own. Mountain Land has "saved" my ski season every time. I don't even think twice about booking in to deal with an injury or just significant muscle soreness.
I read a lot of their good post-op rehab reviews so, I decided to go to see them. Jesse took me to the right path to get better from the tibial plateau fractured injury. Thank you so much!
