I had a successful 10-session plan with Maddy Banbury and team for pelvic floor therapy. The team was positive, attentive, and took care to understand my learning style (helpful drawings and lists for my homework). I was confident that they could problem solve with me to create a plan and also provide context about the therapy strategy. I am a new person! I also liked the sms reminders and check in.
Maddy was delightful. Hayden who sometimes assisted was fun and encouraging. I strongly recommend physical therapy. It helped me overcome hip pain and get back to doing the things I enjoy without pain. Mountain Land -Sandy made me feel comfortable and confident in learning new exercises and helped me progress at my own speed.
I have been coming to Tyler off and on for six years. I always know that I’ll get the care and support that I need from him and other therapist here at Mountainland physical therapy in Sandy.
