We have been listing our lake home with Mountain Lakes Vacation Rentals for over 20 years. They have always taken care of it and are quick to respond if any repairs or issues arise. Jessi and her staff do a wonderful job. We live 4 states away and depend on their professional service. They are 10 on a 1 to 5 scale.
The house managed by this business was below our expectations, The Vrbo pics showed an emaculate property, but we arrived to dust on fan blades, a stain on the couch, bugs, filthy patio littered with cobwebs, leaves and twigs. I see why their reviews are below a 4.
