I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, which is probably why I’ve overlooked far more than I should have. The atmosphere has never been particularly welcoming, customer service has always been lacking, I’ve repeatedly been uncomfortable with the cleanliness and seeing food handled bare-handed, and the overall energy has always felt off. I have always been a big fan of this place but in the last year, the quality of the bagels and sandwiches have gone down hill. Very disappointing to see a place that was so good and a place I stopped at a lot on my way to work, become a place that I now don’t stope at .
