Very qualified ver and vet techs When they gave my dogs shots they did not even realize what was happening They are kind and patient with animals They offer vet tech apps if your animal does not need an exam The receptionist is very knowledgeable kind and patient with the animals
This Veterinarian office is very attentive, compassionate, and tender hearted. Dr Quinn and Dr Kranz are amazing people who obviously do what they do out of love for animals and not for the almighty dollar. They make me feel welcomed and understood and my cats are never nervous around the staff. Two of my cats got in a fight and Dr Kranz allowed me to bring my cat in that got her eye scratched right then and there, she took us right back and put my worries right at ease, and didn’t charge me a dime. I love Dr. Kranz. I have been taking my dogs to her for years but her staff... At least the scheduling department are too rude. They hang up on people when they get frustrated and post blame. So regretfully though I love the doctor. It's too painful to try to see her. I wish her the best but life is too short and I am choosing to move on.
I love Dr. Quinn. I met her through a rescue I volunteer with, and I liked her so much that I brought my cats from the Springs.
