Absolutely terrible customer service and repair work. I've had my finishing mower into them 4x over the past six months. I pay several hundred dollars each time it's in the shop and it never gets fixed properly. They've had 4 service managers within six months. That should give you an idea this place is terribly managed. I finally had to have my mower repaired in Wilkesboro. Take your repair work elsewhere as it will save you a lot of aggravation and money.
I had a track hoe break down on me that was a loaner and was in a bind trying to get it fixed prior to leaving town. Casey and his staff were awesome! They picked up the machine, got it running like a watch and delivered it back. I would highly recommend their repair services.
