Best pastry ever! I honestly didn’t know what a “Kolache” was before I went in. Theirs are my new standard for them! The perfect little pastry and a good cup of coffee. Can’t beat that!
Kuh-Laa-chee (cheeze for plural)....and when you go try one, you'll be getting plural. My favorite is the Jalapeno. My wife is the ham-n-chez :) I walked in a few days after their opening and met Jeremy and the family. I actually came back several times before I even told my wife about it. (a little selfish but....try one to understand). Since then we (wife included) make an almost weekly trip on Saturday to get a couple and hoard a few for Sunday.
Holy Kolache! This place has something super tasty for your sweet or salty tooth. Erika and Jeremy take the time to remember you, and show their appreciation for being their customer. I love that Waynesville has them as part of our town. You gotta try it!
Really good sweet and savory options. I grew up in Texas and Louisiana where these foods were part of the culture, and these are some of the best I’ve had. So glad to have them here now.
Delicious bakery. Worth the visit over and over.
