Excellent staff
Seems like there’s only one manicurist who knows what she’s doing. Three times I went to get my nails done and three times the manicurists I was sitting with needed help from one particular manicurist. The first time I went the girl didn’t know how to file and shape the almond nails I wanted so she called over the manicurist to help. She also didn’t do the acrylic tips correctly and as they grew out, there was a gap between my nail and the tip on 8 of my nails. My niece got her nails done here, they did not apply the job properly and put a towel over her hand that’s messing up the entire manicure, it was right before holiday and we did not have time to get her nails redone, so we asked them to please takeoff the nails, they wanted to charge us another $10 to remove the nail polish. Again this was gel so she was not able to just take it off when she gets home herself. Very unpleasant owners. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
