I had a very unexpected and pleasant experience with Christine at Mountain Hypnotherapy. I went in a bit skeptical, with a major surgery coming in a few days, and was experiencing major anxiety issues. Christine was professional and I felt very comfortable expressing myself and my situation. In the treatment I was given great tools to help with my anxiety. I went to see Chris for Hypnotherapy to address some anxiety I was having due to some recent bouts with vertigo. I'll admit I was a little skeptical. Chris was knowledgeable and gentle - and in the end, the hypno really helped address my anxiety! I haven't experienced the anxiety since our session. It was incredibly helpful and I'd do it again. Highly recommended.
