I’m extremely disappointed with Mountain House Recovery. They have not only failed to uphold the principles of trust and confidentiality but also seem more focused on filling beds than genuinely helping those in recovery. There was a significant breach of trust between me and my family, which caused further emotional harm. Moreover, the owner himself broke the inherent trust crucial to the 12-step program, disregarding the essential values that are supposed to guide recovery. Coming to Mountain House Recovery has been everything I had hoped for with a Sober community that is focused on living life to the fullest. I have made strides in living habits, career and passion interests. I am almost 3 months into my stay in this community and would recommend to anyone who wants to build a strong life and community in a place like Flagstaff where there is so much access to adventure, recovery and life.
