Gary was amazing to work with when my hot tub stopped working. He gave plenty of options at different cost points, which included refurb and fix options. Gary was able to get me a refurb in very quick fashion and when I had trouble connecting the Softub, he helped me through it, which was very helpful and next level support. I would definitely come back here to fix my hot tub. Thanks

Poor customer service. Repeated phone calls were never returned. Communication is key when dealing with high ticket items, and this business failed completely. I am not surprised that you could not locate a record of my calls. At this point I am no longer seeking resolution. Only accuracy. My review reflects the lack of communication I have experienced. I will never call again.

Gary delivered a 14ft swim spa. He was very professional and helpful. Right from purchasing the tub from delivery and setup, amazing experience. I went to many hot tub places and in the end, we chose Mountain Hot Tubs. Thanks again Gary!
