"I would not recommend this business for hot tub maintenance. The owner seemed knowledgeable about hot tubs in general, but lacked expertise in chemical management and proper sanitizer dosing. Unfortunately, their incorrect guidance led to excessive acidity in the water, causing skin irritation and damage to our pipes. Braeden was great! Book online for prompt service, had a next day availability. Knowledgeable and friendly, walked through a few issues over the phone which solved 75% of my problems for a couple leaking jets. Came in to repair a split shutoff valve and completed within the first booking hour. If you’re looking for flexible service, quality work, and peace of mind for your hot tub investment give him a call.
