They came out twice, never found or fixed the issue but said they had fixed it and still charged us twice. We called another company (came highly recommended by multiple people in our community) who was able to provide a detailed report and location of issue with just a single visit. Blake previously did our repairs and was great. Unfortunately, Braeden lacks the skill and customer service to appropriately handle the issue and we won’t be using this company again. Would not recommend.
Charged twice for a repair that’s never been repaired
I had a great experience with Mountain Hot Tub Repair. The online booking was super easy and convenient, and Braeden was fantastic to work with—honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. "I would not recommend this business for hot tub maintenance. The owner seemed knowledgeable about hot tubs in general, but lacked expertise in chemical management and proper sanitizer dosing. Unfortunately, their incorrect guidance led to excessive acidity in the water, causing skin irritation and damage to our pipes. Braeden was great! Book online for prompt service, had a next day availability. Knowledgeable and friendly, walked through a few issues over the phone which solved 75% of my problems for a couple leaking jets. Came in to repair a split shutoff valve and completed within the first booking hour. If you’re looking for flexible service, quality work, and peace of mind for your hot tub investment give him a call.
