True professionals. Staff were quick and capable, front desk was able to manage a room full of people and handle calls quickly. Most importantly, Dr. Steffen has a kindness and presence that made meeting him a wonderful experience. He has a huge capacity to help you feel seen as a person with dignity. I was impressed with everyone's kindness and ability to treat people as people. Wonderful experience.

From misdiagnosing me with an ingrown toenail that was not an ingrown toenail at all it was a fungus and the toenail fell off and scaring me to death that you were going to stick needles into my toe and then cut into my toe and that's how you said it to me too... You scared me to death thinking I needed to be put to sleep for this procedure because of my anxiety you can stuff your $24 bill... You misdiagnosed me... And me and my pedicurist have been taken care of it... And to top that off you discussed someone else's child's... read more

I had two operations done, one for my left foot and one for my right foot for Hallux Rigidus joint fusion by Dr. Steffan. One in March 2024 and the second in July of 2024. Prior to surgery the pain was unbearable. I couldn't walk across a parking lot without excruciating pain. Both surgeries went great! He positioned my big toe in an up position to avoid it from pushing down on lift off. I never thought I'd be able to walk again without pain but here I am.
