Although the Physical Therapy is good, and it is one on one, the people are Absolutely Clueless, when it comes to getting the Billing Authorization! I am one of Several Veterans, who are Patients there, and most of us are on the Choice 40 Program. Although the Request for Authorization to Continue Physical Therapy, is Exactly the same as what they previously had to submit, it's as if they suffer from Amnesia, every time they have to do it again!
