We ordered flooring from Bryan in 2016, the flooring was starting to have problems and he immediately offered to find a solution, contacted the rep and they had since upgraded the flooring to a new product due to the old one having problems. This defect was at no fault of Bryan's or the installer, it was a defect in the product. Bryan facilitated us getting new flooring throughout our house at no cost to us due to the defected flooring. We recently got new carpet for our bedrooms from Mountain Home Interiors. We are extremely happy with the service, attention, and product quality. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It could not have been a better experience! In addition, we are glad to be able to support and recommend a local Payson business.
