We had an issue with are Goodman air and Doug Ramsey came out and as always took such good care of our problem. I wouldn't have any one else to work on our heat and air Just Mountain Home Heat and Air. They are the BEST IN THE BUISNESS. Thank Y'all for what you do.

Recently converted our screen porch into a sunroom and need to add a mini split. Called them up and he was out here that day and gave me a very reasonable quote. Had to wait about a week until the electrical hook up was installed, but once it was the installion went flawlessly. We got a large unit due to all the windows and it works GREAT. Highly recommend Mountain Home Heat and Air

Had technician Doug come look out our old A/C and furnace. He was very insightful and helpful as to why they were malfunctioning. He offered prompt solutions to stay cool in the Summer heat. Very good business and great customer service!

I called the emergency number provided on the after hours message, I got yelled at by one of the employees and screamed at, they called my phone seven times trying to be angry and yell at me, this is an absolute true story. This company is unprofessional, and their product continues to break and malfunction, I would urge anyone in the surrounding areas not to do business with these unprofessional people and poor products.

Our air went out on a Saturday night. We had been gone all day so the house was quite warm. We called Mountain Home Heat and air and Doug was out within the hour and had it fixed and the price was very reasonable. He was very professional and we were extremely happy with their service.
