Worked with Levi he was very knowledgeable and always sent me specs on what stove to buy. Had it installed by Greg. Bought a Jotul free standing stove and installed into our fireplace. It was expensive but one of the best decisions we made to keep our cabin warm. Thanks guys.
Would not provide warranty service on recently purchased fireplace. They said fireplace manufacturer would not pay enough for a tech to come out.
We were advised by our propane company that Mountain Home and Hearth were the best (and only local) option for fixing or replacing our fireplace. Unfortunately we've been trying for 3 weeks to get in touch with the right person only to be informed by a coworker that the person able to assist us "must not be interested in the job."
Bought a 5k firebox. By the time i was done it was 8k. The first price is not the total price.
Great service, extremely knowledgeable, and great products. Definitely will be back!
