They will string you along and promise you a spot on the list but when you arrive they will tell you that you are now considered a “low priority” after filling out days of paperwork and preparing a huge move all for nothing because they did not disclose certain details of vital information, lack of communication and super unprofessional. Waste of our time,
When moving out, they scam you since you are already packed and ready to leave. For pre inspection, they send a sweet lady who tells you nothing is wrong with the house. Final inspection, they send someone who doesn't say hello or smile and starts cutting up floors and kicking the mulch you worked hard to lay down. 900 dollars charged just for mothernature growing grass in the mulch area. 1400 dollars charged for the flooring that appeared fine until the inspector cut it up and claimed damage was underneath. Great housing. For those complaining about paying for damages after moving out. Don't damage the house. 100% recommend living on base if you can.
From our personal experience, housing here has been amazing! Maintenance works fast and they won't close out a ticket until you are completely satisfied. The ladies working for housing have always been kind and courteous, Keesha was beyond helpful! Did two different houses on base (moved Into a bigger home after having a baby) and both times we where charged fairly and accordingly for any damages.
