I'd suggest you use another builder. To start with, he dug up my driveway, so that we had to walk over a big ditch on planks go get into our house and then left it that way for THREE MONTHS. He promised me time after time that he would do better, but eventually, mid-project, I had to fire him and get a new builder. Thats when the threats and attempts at intimidation started. Also, MHB gave me inaccurate quotes and then again threatened me when I didn't want to pay double what he quoted me. Finally, we agreed to a price for t... read more

We work as a framing sub-contractor for Billy and Annalise and they appreciate our work, treat us with respect, and pay us on time. Great people to work for and will continue to do so.
