Worked with them for a bit. Felt very pushy about using every amount of service. Felt very rude and if needing help I was made to feel stupid and inadequate when their system fails. Families with children that are disabled are busy and have a life. But if we want to venture out in Colorado we have to ask them for help which is a problem.
