Worked with Mountain High Appraisals and Carl Finney for the first time this past year. Have not met anyone like Carl in this industry. He is quite knowledgeable and does a great job making sure he understand all the details. We have a very unique property that required a deeper analysis and understanding. He is the only one I would trust moving forward.

I have worked with Mountain High Appraisals and Carl Finney in one fashion or another for the past 20 years. Prior to TRID I used Mountain High Appraisals exclusively for my purchase mortgage and refinance appraisals and miss the ability to continue to do so still to this day. Since then I have used and referred both appraisal work for both divorce and estate needs. Carl is at the top of his profession you will not be disappointed with his service and product.

This appraiser was assigned to us by our lender, to appraise our house so we could sell it. His scheduler miss pronounced my name in the message she left, and seemed upset I corrected her when I called back. Mr. Finney was late to the appraisal which made me late to my clients! I’m also an independent contractor!
