Great people very knowledgeable
This company is Top Notch! We were moving some Fair Rides into the Walla Walla Fairgrounds when we hadsn issue with a EGR hose deciding to take a crap. Jeff in Parts was awesome, he looked on the Mountain Hi parts shelf, found a similar silicone hose, however to be sure it would work, Jeff went above and beyond, he picked up the phone made a few phone calls to verify, and when found out it would not, he again made a phone call to find somebody with the correct EGR silicone hose. Such a kind family. I love doing business here. Darin and his crew are "Best in Show." They are the most responsive, professional, and consistent truck and equipment shop in town. Call them even if you think its an odd question. They're network of contacts is extraordinary. Other shops, dealers, and brokers call them first. Gem in Walla Walla.
If this is one of your trucks and drivers they need their license taken away immediately. Absolutely the most unsafe driver I’ve ever seen. Was tailgating me so hard with my small children in the car I feared for their life and mine. Literally tried to push my car off the road, flipping me off and yelling.
