We’ve stayed here plenty of times over the years since I was a teenager. Me and my grandparents stayed here in the roundettes and also few of the rooms. As I am an adult now 36 years old, me and my wife stayed here every time we come to the mountains and have never had a problem with anything. Yes I may say it is an older motel but that’s what I like about it. I don’t go on vacations based on age of things. I go to enjoy the time away from everyday life. Myself and my grandson with my aunt went and stayed at the mountain heritage inn and when we checked in the gentleman said we only had one key to our room.and said if one of us got locked out he could use the master key to let us in well me and my grandson wasn't with my aunt she went to do her own thing well I went in office and asked the gentleman if my grandson could use the bathroom in office and he said yes and I let him use it.he said it's no problem since we only had one key and my aunt had it well the next day me and... read more

Place is absolutely terrible. It's so dirty and unsanitary I probably **** be sleeping in a car tonight. Be aware and stay away. This place need to be shut down and fined. I'd love to share pictures but I don't see this option you can find them on yelp!
