As usual, perfect service. I arrived without notice or appointment because my in-the-ear device was intermittently cutting out. The secretary had a look and said I may have wax in it. She took it away, put a new tube on it. Cleaned everything up, put it in a drying chamber for a short time and it has been perfect ever since. Thank you.
Very professional, listens to your questions and concerns and gives answer that are easy to understand. The Doctor has very advanced equipment to give you a very excellent hearing test and ways to correct any problems you may have.
Very courteous staff, explained everything in great detail and did not need to wait long for result. Excellent customer service!
