Living with COPD isn't easy, just getting one leg in your pants, or putting on one sock can take all the wind you have, it's a spiral of diminished hope for a future according to traditional medicine. I'd been under years of stress and was having many issues with my health. I had unhealthy gut, no energy, skin issues, sleep issues, sensitivity to chemicals. For over 1.5 years I have had back pain from a bulging disk in the lower back. Could not sleep because every time I moved I would wake up. Could not stand for more than 30 seconds without pain. After about 3 weeks my blood sugar, weight, and energy have improved. Dr Hall is kind yet realistic about my health issues and MY need to change my diet and activity with their competent support. My program is reasonable and effective. His staff are friendly and nonjudgemental. My coach Allison is supportive with many helpful tips to regain my health.
