Horrible billing policy and horrible management of services. Billing people over a year later for hundreds of dollars and offering zero recourse.
Great experience here. Doctor, nurse and reception all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Place looks new and very clean. Doctor is excellent, probably the best I've ever seen, goes over everything and follows up on things promptly, and overall very helpful. Really, I couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

This my business, I am a patient under Dr. Bates. They are all wonderful wonderful people there. I get the best care. And they listen to their patients. They respect that they do know something about their own bodies. Thank you to everyone who works at Mountain community health center.👏👏
Complete lack of concern for your health and well being . The hold my prescriptions hostage for life saving medicine. There excuse I'd they want to check for other issues and yet do 0 follow up on any of it . It's the antithesis of health care . They should lose there federal funding if they can't actually provide care to all the patients. It's a dangerous game they play with people's lives.
