I have been to many many massage therapists and Christina is simply one of the best. I always walk away with a significant difference in my body from when I came in. I have less pain (if any!), more relaxation, and more mobility in my body. It's really amazing! While her technique and professionalism as top notch, I think there is a little extra in her feel and touch that makes her massages something special.

Christina at Mountain Healing Massage Therapy gave me an amazing 90 minute deep tissue/relaxation massage. She was very professional and during a massage I have rarely felt so calm. Her deep tissue work was strong but not painful. It felt very intuitive and healing. Just what I needed. I highly recommend booking with her. I will be doing so again.

Christina consistently gives the best massage of my life!! I am always in such a deep relaxation, almost trance like state while she works her magic and gives therapeutic massage work in such a loving and kind way. Her work doesn't feel abrasive, but your body thanks you afterwards for getting necessary work done! You may not even realize it because you most likely will have drifted off to a happy relaxed place. I was in town for a weekend and was suffering from a serious bout with pain in my left shoulder, arm and upper back. I called Christina based on an ad she had in my B&B and she was able to squeeze me in for an hour on Sunday morning. Christina was amazing. As this was therapeutic it wasn't always enjoyable during the process but I got immediate restoration of mobility in my neck.
