Mountain Green Resort is the kind of place that makes you question how the word “resort” ended up anywhere near it. Mountain Green is not denying the place is outdated, disruptive, and falling apart. They are just trying to ski past it with polished PR. At this point, the real amenity here is excuse-making. This place is less “mountain resort” and more downhill collapse with a lobby. Mountain Green Resort is a complete disaster. The elevator smelled like dead fish, the building feels old and constantly breaking down, and the management experience was worse than the Vermont winter. There is always some new issue, some new email, some new excuse, and somehow this place still keeps limping along. In my experience, the HOA/management side has been terrible to deal with.
