In the past 5 years, this place has gone from about a 4 1/2 star facility to a 1 1/2 star facility. I am referring to the Assisted Living section. Most of the time, the food is tasteless, not nutritious at all, and residents hardly ever get fresh food. It does depend on the cook and apparently there is a large turnover in that department. Whenever my mom asks for assistance and is ignored, she is given the answer that they are under-staffed. It is the normal response.
