Jeff Holt at Mountain Geology is the scam. Stay away from him. I paid him to inspect my house before purchasing my home. He charged me and gave me a report he took for free from the city. I did not know any better since this is the first time I purchased a home. After i moved in, I realized I have to spend more than $200,000,00 And none of these deficiencies were NOT reported in his report.
