We had a wonderful experience at Mountain Gate Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Janet Stevens. She was so gentle, caring, and attentive with our little Olivia. You can truly see her love for animals. Olivia felt comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate vet!

I’m sharing my experience to warn other pet owners. I took my elderly cat to this clinic for a consultation and a minimal blood test. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely distressing. In my opinion, the vet lacked skill in assessing my cat and in drawing blood. There were multiple failed attempts, including inserting the needle several times, which caused significant stress and bleeding.
