Worst place possible broke my usb port and said it was bad then didnt say they charged for diagnostics just said nothing said he will see what he can do my thinking it was free then he charged me a whole 50$ for something i xan do myself
If I could give 0 stars I would. No customer service skills at all. Very unprofessional, lack of communication and lack of knowledge -they damaged parts on my vehicle that were 100% working before with no issues every time I had to call in no one could give me an update on my car it was always “I don’t know”. Didn’t provide any paper work of work done & assured me they had the right tools & experience to deal with a jaguars- they do not. Made an appointment a week in advance for 10:30am. I showed up a half hour early and nobody showed up ! Finally gave up at 11:30 and went home. No phone call from them or anything..a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional business evidently. Gave the job to Hi-fi Plus who did an excellent job with installation and were very professional and curious towards the customer. If I could give Gain less than one star, I surely would.
They don’t know what they are doing!! Don’t waste your time and money
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! They let unlicensed mechanics work on vehicles, never answer the phone, and return the car in worse condition than it was left. Extremely unprofessional.
