Today I went to drop off a rug, he was going to charge me $50 and it wasn't going to be ready until after Christmas. My husband didn't want to wait that long so I went back and got it. They had it thrown on the floor curled up and didn't even help me carry it back out to my car!!! I am absolutely mind blown at the terrible customer service and just absoutle lack of human decency! Will NEVER return there or will definitely not recommend.
This place is amazing! They truly go out of their way to get the job done
