Possibly the worst Dr office I've ever been to. Communication is non existent. I've had to call over and over again just to get someone on the phone. Phone calls go unreturned. When the pharmacy sends refill requests those go unanswered as well having left me without my medication on multiple occasions for weeks. I've been there multiple times where the wait is extremely over the appointment time. absolutely love going there just as I did on bristol hwy I get the care and attention I need for my care from the doctors here
I have called several times to make an appointment, but I get an answering service. I have have left messages and I have yet to get a call back from anybody. I've heard some good stuff about this place, but I guess I will never know.
I think Bob and his fellow workers do a good job at trying to help, even those that have challenging cases.
