I have been trying to get in touch with someone since December for a huge tree that they left chunked up in our front yard. More than 6 months of waiting for them to clean up their mess. Terrible.
This company dropped a tree in my front yard 8 feet from my son's room son's room with him still in it. The notified no one it the house that they where there and what they where doing. They have no care for the safety of any one or any thing. When I called them they hung up on me. They are dangerous and have no problem putting your family in harms way. Safety is a issue with this company.
CONSUMERS BEWARE! This company is extremely dishonest across the board. They came subcontracted under PG&E to clear trees from the powerlines. The day of their work, my tenant at my property called me to say that they were being extremely unprofessional because they were just dropping logs and branches on the property. Less than a week later, my tenant calls me to tell me that there is a huge pool of water near where they dropped the largest log. Can it be worse than 1 star. If so they should get it. Worst tree service to ever be on my property
STUNNED at how horrific this company is. Today I was on the road behind one of their trucks, which was going 10mph under the speed limit in the passing lane. When I and the ten other cars that stacked up behind them finally got around them, I captured information from the truck and called the company to report their dangerous driver. The woman asked for my name and phone number to attach to the report and I declined to provide it, citing I would prefer to remain anonymous.
