I have been going here for years. They are extremely nice, helpful, takes care of my eyes.ni would not trust anyone else
I was satisfied with my exam. They lied to me about the cost of an exam. They said it was $110.00. My insurance paid them $117.18 and they are billing me for $44.00? I called and explained this to the doctor. He said they charge $110.00 for people without insurance? This means that they overcharge Medicare. The doctor said that I need to pay the $44.00 and take up the issue with Medicare and told me we were done talking and hung up on me. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and will never use them again.
