I had my attic insulated and an attic fan installed May 2016. We had an above average temperatures last summer and the additional insulation and ceiling paint in the living room definitely kept the house cooler. The problem is that the attic fan is anything but quiet. It is located above the master bedroom and is very annoying to listen to as soon as the sun comes up. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. At the minimum I can only give 1, but I wish it was less. My husband and I listened to their scam presentation last year and were completely conned by the expert promoters. After coming to our house and assuring us that we would save at least 40% or more on our utility bills within a year, and that if we weren't completely satisfied, or if we didn't see the savings on our utility bills within the first year, that they would come and remove it.
