I was very happy with my experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone I encountered was so nice. I felt comfortable during the hearing test and everything was explained before it happened. The entire process was easy. I didn't have a long wait time either. I was in and out, less than an hour. My hearing aids were ordered while I was there, as well. I would recommend Mtn Empire Hearing and Balance to anyone needing this service.
