We had a scare recently when we thought our dog had swallowed a hearing aid battery, and the team here was amazing. They took her back for an xray right away without making us wait, and walked us through everything step by step so we knew exactly what was happening. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, fast, and genuinely compassionate during a really stressful moment. You can tell they care about both the animals and the people bringing them in. Highly recommend.
Dr. Val and the team at Mountain Emergency did a fantastic job taking care of my Aussie-doodle when he became ataxic the other week. I especially appreciated that they offered to send photos overnight, and that the clinic notes documented that my guy was calmed down after he got tucked in with a blanket. During a scary time, the team here made me feel confident that my boy was in safe hands for the night. I had brought in my furbaby and they was super kind about everything. i highly recommend them.
So first off staff is excellent I called 530am arrived there 830 am. I'm putting down my son's dog that whom passed on my birthday just a few months ago. They called the police and said I was inebriated so the cop cool as all can be pulls me over after euthanize my son's dog of 16 years.
