I felt that all the staff listened well to my concerns and descriptions of the symptoms our dog Scout was suffering from that had prompted our "emergency" visit and all asked appropriate follow-up questions for any necessary clarification Don't recall any particular names but EVERYONE was caring and professional in their treatment of my dog and their communication with me What I appreciated most was the level of care that Scout received and the overall "peace of mind" for her wellbeing ESPECIALLY ON A BUSY HOLIDAY WEEKEND
We were in the area on Labor Day weekend, and our Maltipoo got really sick, really fast. Dr. Richardson was the sweetest! We would’ve never guessed our pup was having hip pain, causing the distress. She received fluids and anti-inflammatories. We followed up with our vet when we got home, and she’s doing much better. Grateful to the entire team!
Our dog experienced a snake bite during a blue ridge hike, and the folks at this animal center couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, all during a busy holiday weekend! Thank you, Dr. Martin, Alayna, Katlyn, Tricia, Brittany and Casie! You are a magnificent team!
I just changed my one star review to a five star review. Went here yrs ago and had a terrible experience. Today was much much different. It was great Dr Richardson and staff from reception to techs FANTASTIC would highly recommended. Really glad for the change makes going to emergency clinic much easier. Thank you
Our poor baby Jack took a tumble and hurt his foot/leg - he was non-weight-bearing so I took him straight to Mountain Emergency Animal Center. They are so caring and compassionate. Poor boy had 4 broken bones but thankfully no surgery needed! Everyone even took the time to sign his cast! We have had to use MEAC before and are very thankful for them ♥️ Dr. Richardson, Alayna, Mariah, Casie and Kalyn - Thank you for all you do.
