If I could put a negative 5 I would!! This is the second horrible experience I’ve had with the staff on the night shift!! They are awful, heartless and so unprofessional! I HAVE NEVER and would NEVER imagine a vet or doctor telling me to read the article for pets on web md??? Are you serious!?? I just brought in my pregnant cat who was pushing for over an hour and paid $325, in which they made me pay for first before they would ever see her, for her to tell me she’s not in labor and the kittens are fine and have a heart rate... read more
Had a bad experience about 4 years ago and never used them again, until last night. We had to put our cat down last night and although it was a very emotional and sad experience, the staff there was so helpful, kind and compassionate to us. They seemed to actually care and were very kind and respectful to us and our poor cat. I really appreciate everyone who helped us. We had a scare recently when we thought our dog had swallowed a hearing aid battery, and the team here was amazing. They took her back for an xray right away without making us wait, and walked us through everything step by step so we knew exactly what was happening. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, fast, and genuinely compassionate during a really stressful moment. You can tell they care about both the animals and the people bringing them in. Highly recommend.
Dr. Val and the team at Mountain Emergency did a fantastic job taking care of my Aussie-doodle when he became ataxic the other week. I especially appreciated that they offered to send photos overnight, and that the clinic notes documented that my guy was calmed down after he got tucked in with a blanket. During a scary time, the team here made me feel confident that my boy was in safe hands for the night.
