Horrible company. Sent them an inverter and they told me it was irreparable and asked whether to send it back or not, I told them I needed the inverter back to send it to a different company and I paid $15 for shipping. I called them a few weeks later to tell them that I did not receive the inverter and they told me that they lost my inverter during a flood and they could not do anything about it. I wish all the companies operate like they do , they fixed my washing machines display board . I lost some mini push pin parts and i called them back , Ms Ginger on the phone said they will ship it to me and not to worry about any shipping charges etc . Amazing service
