Our company has been doing business with Mountain Electronics for over 10 years. And they have always been great to do business with. Unfortunately, they have recently acquired new ownership or management. And business with them has become a complete disappointment. I would not recommend Mountain Electronics for any electronic repair. Recently they returned control boards that were not the same as we sent to be repaired. When I sent it back to them and told them it’s not the same one they told me that it was interchangeable.... read more
Mountain Elecronics,Inc. has been very helpful in repair my washers Circuite Board. There customer service is very helpful. I highly recommend them if you are needing any help to repair board.
Poor experience. Said it would take 2 weeks to repair . Took over 9 weeks to to tell me they could not repair my board . They did repair my card reader which was not broken , instead sent me back someone else rebuilt junky looking reader that was missing the insert card sticker. Called said they would send one out but never did. Dont waste your time you will loose more money waiting in them. Dennis - TLC Laundry
Ridiculously long repair time. Think several months on any repairs.
