Worst company ever. I wouldn't go with them if I didnt have to they have a monopoly here in my area.they still have lines across the road in my area from where Helene came through.
The guys working the lines are awesome! The sorry ones running the office are pathetic!!!! I've paid my bill for years at the drive thru and never got a " have a nice day" or "thank you" !! We have several accounts and we double paid one and missed one, instead of a phone call we got turned off and we were out of town! It's nice to come back to all of our food ruined in the fridge and freezer! One phone call could have prevented all this but will they call you,No!
