Making an appointment was the only drawback as they must have been busy and we had to leave a message. But they called back that same day. Parking is adequate, lots of handicap spots. There are no steps and the place is on the ground floor. The reception was friendly and the waiting room is large with comfortable seating. They move well and that reduced waiting time. Excellent practice! Everyone was friendly and kind. I received thorough testing, explanations, and treatment options. I had to wait a bit for a new patient appointment but my condition was not urgent or serious. Highly recommend this practice.
