Great staff! Honest, fun, and caring people. We didn't get the news we were hoping for, but they were amazing and thorough with explanation of what the plan is and what to expect.
Don't ever get surgery on a Friday. They tell you they have after hours that will be there for you all weekend. Horrible day one no compassion. Day to they answer just hello both times won't even pass on the symptoms including pain and pressure that I'm having Plus second night of no sleep.
I was having severe pain from an abscess and was sent to this location from their Murphy office. They took me back immediately and the drainage was swift. All their staff were very friendly and welcoming and I felt like I was actually seen. I’m forever grateful to Shawn Kosnik for getting me out of the pain I was in, Paige from Murphy for making sure I got taken care of same day, and all of their staff for being so welcoming.
Absolutely outstanding care! The facility was spotless, and my entire new-patient appointment took less than 30 minutes from check-in to check-out. The nasal scope was done with ease, and PA Pope was amazing—helpful, efficient, and quick without ever making me feel rushed. I highly recommend this place for anyone experiencing issues—you’ll be well taken care of.
Super nice caring staff my wife had rock hard wax build up on her ear drum it took special attention by dr. Only a tiny bit of blood and small amount of pain it was about the size of a dime i thank the ladies persistence but we had to come back after drops to soften wax
