I recently moved to Franklin and was referred to this practice by my cardiologist in Asheville. I physically went there in February, introduced myself, told them that I had been referred and filled out a new patient form. I was told that I should expect a letter shortly thereafter. When approximately a month had passed with no letter, I went back to this office (again physically.). At that time, I was told that they had lost my form. Didn’t actually get to make an appointment because they’re booked into September. If you want folks to come by and fill out a form before requesting an appointment, maybe consider putting literally ANY relevant information on your website instead of just vaguely telling people to call the office. Receptionist was pretty rude and made me feel like an idiot for calling the first office that popped up on my insurance search for in-network doctors… Again, really need to update y’all’s website if you can’t accept new patients.
