Mountain Crest Gardens™ is a soft and hardy succulent nursery established in 1995.Throughout the years our collection has grown and expanded to over 650 different varieties of Sempervivum (hens and chicks), Heuffelii, Sedum, and Soft Succulents. Located in Northern California near Mt. Shasta, we ship year-around to all 50 states. Our succulents offer a huge variety of color and texture. Their ease of propagation and low maintenance requirements will give years of growing satisfaction.

When a customer emails with a legitimate issue, being dismissive right off the bat is not a good way to keep a customer. Being sent a succulent, that are sensitive to being over-watered in the first place, that is soaking wet thus leading to rot in less than a month of getting said plant, even when preventive measures were taken and then being blithely told it wasn't reported in the first 2 weeks, which is not listed anywhere in the package that was sent and there's nothing they will do about it, is extremely disappointing and offputting. Very poor customer service. Along with no longer replying to my emails. Very unfortunate, as I had more plants I wanted to order, but not knowing what kind of condition they will arrive in and the lack of any kind of care offered by customer service, I can't afford to waste my money.

Excellent experience! Website provides all the information you need to know about taking care of your succulents from how much sunlight they should receive to what type of soil is best and more! On top of that, my plants came packaged and protected really well! I have already ordered again since my first purchase and will continue to do so! Would highly recommend for all succulent lovers!

I was super excited about my order and as soon as I opened the box I was already in love with my purchase! I wasn’t sure what to expect because I have never purchased succulents online before and I’m a first time customer to MCG. I happened to purchase a wholesale/bulk order and I’m almost sorry I didn’t order even more of these beauties! I have already referred so many friends and family to place an order! I will definitely be doing my shopping with MCG next time around!

I love that they list indoor succulents. since I live in zone 7 I need succulents that will still look good throughout the winter months when I bring them in. My first order came quickly, good size and in very good shape. I just ordered 9 more succulents and air plants and I cannot wait to receive them!

I am incredibly happy with my plants and the way they pack them for shipment. I have video of the postal worker delivering my package literally just throwing it at my porch, and all my plants were fine, due to the incredible packaging.

Color me happy 🤩 my first delivery from Mountain Crest Gardens just arrived and I could not be more pleased! My plan is to create a border around my vegetable garden with hardy succulents. I ordered two flats of your 2” potted hardy succulents (50 plants) and they just arrived. Ordering plants from a new vendor is always hit and miss and I am delighted! I will absolutely be back... just as soon as I can sit down will my garden journal 😁

Great Service, made an order sunday forgot two items so I called and left a message to add. And right away on Monday I recieved a call and was able to add what I wanted. Loving the aloe, air plants, and succulents I've gotten!! Just made my first wall piece!
