Mountain Crest Gardens™ is a soft and hardy succulent nursery established in 1995.Throughout the years our collection has grown and expanded to over 650 different varieties of Sempervivum (hens and chicks), Heuffelii, Sedum, and Soft Succulents. Located in Northern California near Mt. Shasta, we ship year-around to all 50 states. Our succulents offer a huge variety of color and texture. Their ease of propagation and low maintenance requirements will give years of growing satisfaction.

I have been ordering from MCG for years now. in the past if there were issues MCG was quick to resolve the problem and I've always been happy with the customer service. my most recent order arrived very damaged and since I paid extra for the route insurance im now waiting for some 3rd party to help resolve the issue. its been weeks with no response from them. very frustrated and will probably not order again in the future

I reported negative feedback weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear back. I’ve received an email requesting more photos, which I sent. I received TWO orders in a row with plants arriving like this and after sending multiple emails I’m being ignored.

my husband had made 3 purchase for me from Mountain Crest Gardens. The first 2 orders were alright but nothing special. Plants had some sunburn, scarring, and were severely underwatered. When watered they. did perk back up in about a week. The 3rd order on the other hand was beyond disappointing, and unacceptable. My husband purchased a single "Large" Laui in a 3.5" pot for $25.00. The plant was just barely 2.5" across, from leaf to leaf. And had arrived nearly dead in HORRIBLE condition. I had posted a post on the quality of the plant in Succulents and Sunshine, which was then removed for "talking negative about a business". We have also sent an email with photos of the plant attached, which no one has responded to. We will most likely never order from this company again. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is seeming like just words at this point. I have added more photos of the Laui we received in the comments.

My friend suggested I develop a succulent addiction at the beginning of quarantine, best advice I’ve ever received. Mountaincrest Gardens has really helped me expand my collection. I have ordered from them on 4 occasions so far and have always been happy. Shipping is fast and reliable, packing is secure, and the plants are beautiful! I bought 3 succulents, Zebra plant, Donkey Ears, and Frizzle Sizzle. plants were packaged well and survived 7 days travel via USPS. Donkey Ears arrived in perfect condition. Adorable fuzzy little thing. Zebra has brown tips. Don't know if this is normal or travel damage. Frizzle Sizzle has brown curls assumed to be from travel. Awaiting advice from Mt Crest to see if the plant is still ok. These plants look well cared for. Mt Crest is highly responsive to email, they have as already answered several questions. I recommend Mt Crest and will buy more!

I ordered 4 plants because I heard so many good things about them. My order was late in the mail which I understand because USPS is going through that with corona. But I got some random persons order which was supposed to go to Florida, I live in Michigan. I got one dehydrated plant with someone else's name and address and order number on it. I was already disappointed that the mail was late, but to not even get my own order I'm severely disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! 😢
